I always trained hard in the gym, but my stomach muscles are never displayed, and so I did not have a 6 packs. I downloaded this book for fun, and was pleasantly surprised. In this book you will find many useful exercises for the abdominal muscles, which are accompanied by beautiful photos. In the book you will find the food recipes and diet. Using the tips that I have found in this book, in a short time I began to notice that the abdominal muscles have begun to appear, and I finally saw my package 6. Recommend this book by Adam for all who wants get Abs.

This book by Evgeny Patyaev shows the reader the reason most people do not have fabulous, abs is that they do not have the information that you will find in this quick reading book. This book will show you the two steps to a six pack. Along with the diet and lifestyle needed to give you the look that you are looking for. Well written and packed with the knowledge of what it takes to make the changes to give you the body that you have dreamed about. One of my favorite lines from the book. “Diet is like a chisel that helps mold your abs once you’ve started building them.” I have rated the book a solid 5 star rating and would enjoy reading more books by Evgeny Patyaev. One of the things that I liked best about this book was the exercises that were shown in the book.

Many Errors

I just finished doing a timing belt job along with the water pump and this manual is absolutely terrible. Their instructions to get to the timing belt are just flat out wrong. They skip removing the plate that goes over the outer timing belt cover and connects into the mount and they never provide the torque values for the three bolts that hold it on. They also tell you to remove the engine mount and the mount bracket. Doing that is a waste of time since you still can't get the mount out and all you really need to do is jack the engine up a lot. There are many other repairs that they just skip details on or just have the flat out wrong info. Another example would be they tell you one year battery tray is held on by 4 bolts instead of 5....wrong! My 2000 had the fifth bolt that was kind of hidden so I bent the battery tray at first (not that big a deal but the point is I paid for correct info). The procedure they give you to balance the engine on the mounts with the torque struts is also wrong. Their instruction were physically impossible on my car. The measurement they gave must be wrong.

To sum it up, don't rely on this book for any repair. It might give you some ideas about how to fix stuff but you may end up in the middle of a repair totally confused and very mad!

Love the book. Easy to follow directions on car repair that has saved me a huge amount of money on routine car maintenance such as tune-ups as well as more major repair jobs such as muffler replacement and motor-mount repair.

This book is primarily intended for the use of students of Motor Car Engineering; but it is hoped that many engaged in this branch of Engineering science, including owners of cars, will derive some benefit from a perusal of this volume, which has been mainly written from the notes used by the Author in his lectures to Ordinary and Honours Grade Students at the Polytechnic School of Engineering, Regent Street, W.

An attempt has been made to cover the Syllabus of the City and Guilds of London Institute in this subject, which, as may be seen from pages 404 to 407, is very extensive, but it is believed that nothing vital has been omitted excepting the Materials of Construction and the problem of Balancing, which belong properly speaking to Design, and have therefore been included in Volume II. of this work.

The Automobile Engineer should have a good working knowledge of thermodynamics, mechanics, chemistry, electricity and mathematics, in order that he may intelligently carry out his work. This is often difficult for him to obtain, and although the space available precludes an extensive study of these subjects, the hope is expressed that the information contained in this volume will materially assist him in understanding the principles of Motor Car construction.

The Author is indebted, in several instances, to the descriptive matter contained in the booklets issued by the Manufacturers of certain Specialities, for the descriptions which appear in the text.

This book would be great for motor car apprentices to gain basic knowledge of general motor engineering skills. I have an original hard cover of Volume II - Design from my own apprentice days and it is a good source of reference for technical knowledge and specifications.

Wendy J. Schiff MS, RDN received her BS in biological health/medical dietetics and MS in human nutrition from The Pennsylvania State University.
